Shilajit: From the Himalayas
What is Shilajit (Mumijo)?
It originates in the mountains and is found in various mountain ranges around the world, especially at altitudes above 3,500 meters. It is widespread in the Himalayas. Shilajit is composed of humus (soil and topsoil) and organic plant materials. It is formed under high pressure between the rock layers of the mountains and is collected from the mountains in summer when it is warmer. Shilajit cannot be produced industrially.
Ingredients:
- Main active ingredient: Fulvic acid
- Humic acid
- Small peptides and amino acids
Free from: Added sugar, soy, dairy, yeast,
Gluten, additives
Origin:
Our Shilajit comes from the Saraswati Mountains in India and is then purified and filtered. Each batch is tested several times, first in a partner laboratory in India and then in a German laboratory.
Intake:
Dissolve 180-250 mg (about the size of a grain of wheat) daily in a glass of lukewarm water (up to 39°C).
Caution! The first time you take shilajit, it can be surprising, as it looks like tar and has a slight goat-shed smell. Therefore, we recommend drinking it in tea or with a little honey in water.
Contents:
15 g Shilajit
Note: Shilajit is a dietary supplement and should not be considered a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as children and adolescents, should not use it. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
