Shilajit: From the Himalayas

What is Shilajit (Mumijo)? It is formed in the mountains and can be found in various mountain ranges around the world, especially at altitudes of 3500 meters and above. It is widely distributed in the Himalayan mountains. Shilajit is composed of humus (soil and topsoil) and organic plant materials. It is formed under high pressure between the rock layers of the mountains and is collected from the mountains in summer when it is warmer. Shilajit cannot be produced industrially.

Origin:

Our Shilajit comes from the Saraswati Mountains in India and is then cleaned and filtered. Each batch is checked several times, first in a partner laboratory in India and then in a German laboratory.

Die Wirkung der Kapseln ist gut – ich habe mehr Energie und fühle mich allgemein fitter. Allerdings finde ich den Preis für die Menge etwas hoch. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität.
