How does the FitGun Pro® work?

Vibrations and short shocks from the Fitgun Pro® help to detect the body's own pain signals and perform a deep massage, which in turn relieves muscle and joint pain, improves mobility and thus promotes faster recovery.

How can I return my order?

What is my right of return?

We focus on high-quality products and customer service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase.

Can I test the products?

We are confident in the quality of our products. If you have tested our products and are dissatisfied, you can return your order within 14 days. Send us an email to info@fitgun.com. As soon as we have checked the return, we will refund the full amount.

What about customs duties?

Customs fees may apply for customers outside the EU. These must be borne by the buyer.

How long does shipping take?

After we have received your payment, shipping takes between 3-5 working days. At the moment, delivery time can be up to 7 days. We will notify you of the current shipping status by email. You can locate the delivery at any time using a tracking number.

Do you deliver outside Germany?

Yes, we also deliver to all EU and third countries. You can find out how much the shipping costs are in the shopping cart or checkout when you enter your address.
