Warranty conditions:

The manufacturer A&G Handelsgesellschaft mbH gives a 2-year guarantee on the product advertised with the guarantee promise (Fitgun® massage pistol ). The period for calculating the warranty period begins with the invoice date. The territorial scope of the manufacturer's guarantee extends to the Federal Republic of Germany and countries of the European Union.

Should material defects or manufacturing defects occur in the goods you have purchased during this period, the manufacturer, as the guarantor, will grant you one of the following services at its discretion within the scope of this guarantee:

• free repair of the goods or
• Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by

• normal wear and tear
• improper or abusive treatment
• Failure to observe any safety precautions
• Use of force (e.g. beatings)
• Repair attempts on your own
• Environmental influences (heat, humidity, etc.)

The prerequisite for claiming the guarantee is that the guarantor is able to check the guarantee case (by sending in the goods). It is important to ensure that damage to the goods during transport is avoided by using secure packaging. When applying for the guarantee, a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the consignment so that the guarantor can check whether the guarantee period has been complied with. Without a copy of the invoice, the guarantor can refuse the guarantee service. You must also provide the seller's name and address if this information is not included in the copy of the invoice.

In the case of justified warranty claims, the warranty will be processed free of charge for you in any case, i.e. the guarantor will reimburse any shipping costs for the outward shipment. If it is necessary to remove the goods for a fee in order to send them to the guarantor, the guarantor shall bear the costs required for the removal.

Important note: This manufacturer's guarantee does not restrict your statutory rights in the event of defects and you can make use of them free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. This warranty promise from the manufacturer does not violate your legal rights, but rather expands your legal position.

If the purchased item is defective, you can always contact us within the framework of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether there is a guarantee case or whether the guarantee is claimed.
